Bar and Lounge Assistant
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bar and Lounge Assistant to join our vibrant team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a renowned hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, to high standards.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the bar and lounge areas.
Assist with stock management, including restocking and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Support the bar team in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of beverages and a willingness to learn.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £25,460 per annum.
Live-in accommodation available (subject to availability).
