Overview
We are currently assisting a delightful luxury boutique hotel set in the stunning scenery of the Cotswolds. They are searching for a Chef De Partie to join a highly skilled kitchen brigade who have been awarded 2 Rosettes for their culinary excellence.
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience working at an AA Rosette level.
- Right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Creating a wide array of delicious dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Gaining invaluable culinary knowledge from the more senior chefs in the kitchen.
- Going above and beyond to meet and exceed the expectations of guests.
- Showcasing excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- £34,000 per annum plus circa £3,000 service charge.
- Accommodation available (£70 per week).
- Working 5 days per week.
- Meals on duty.
