Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across your subject area
• Follow school curriculum plans and adapt teaching to meet diverse learner needs
• Create a positive, focused classroom environment
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff
• Support student development, progress, and well-being
• Maintain clear communication with staff, pupils, and parents

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willingness to register
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
