Reservations and Events Agent operates the front line delivering attentive, customer‑focused service and upholding brand standards while supporting a successful team.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver top quality customer service
- Work as part of a great team
- Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online platforms
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Process, amend and update bookings as required
- Maximise revenue through upselling
- Demonstrate administration and technology proficiency
- Be available to work when the team and customers need you most
