After-School Activity Leader (Early Years Level 3)

Job title: Wraparound After School Club Activity Leader

Location: Lent Rise School

Hours: 15 hours per week, 3-6pm Monday-Friday, term time (with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Qualifications: Must hold an Early Years Level 3 Qualification for this role.

Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality activities.
• Build and maintain outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
• Create safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting.
• Encourage children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
• Empower children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
