Are you practical, hands‑on, and ready to learn a trade that’s always in demand? Do you enjoy solving problems, working with tools, and helping others feel comfortable in their homes? This is your opportunity to start an exciting career as a Plumbing Apprentice — where you’ll learn from experienced professionals, gain a recognised qualification, and be part of a team that truly cares.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Learn the Plumbing trade from the ground up – from fixing taps to installing heating systems
  • Assist in maintaining and improving homes for our residents
  • Work on a range of plumbing tasks in both occupied and empty properties
  • Communicate kindly and clearly with customers
  • Keep things safe, tidy, and professional – every day

What You’ll Gain:

  • A Level 3 Plumbing and Domestic Heating qualification
  • Real‑world experience in a friendly and supportive team
  • Confidence in using tools, technology, and problem‑solving techniques
  • Guidance from skilled mentors who want to see you succeed
  • Opportunities for career progression when you complete your apprenticeship

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone reliable, curious, and eager to learn
  • A great communicator who’s respectful and professional
  • A team player who’s not afraid to get stuck in
  • A positive person with a can‑do attitude
  • Someone working towards or already holding a full UK driving licence (if age-appropriate)
  • Bonus if you’ve had a bit of experience in construction or maintenance work

We can offer you

A comprehensive induction programme with excellent learning opportunities; with mandatory and specialist training available. We can offer 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period. We also offer the option to join our contributory pension scheme, access to a dedicated Employee Healthcare Portal, eye care vouchers and a cycle to work scheme.
