Child Panel Accredited Solicitor – Leeds
Are you a Child Panel Accredited Solicitor looking to join a leading national law firm with a strong commitment to legal aid. This national firm is looking to expand its Family Law team with an experienced Solicitor in Leeds.
This is a rare opportunity to join a respected practice that champions professional development, while making a genuine impact through publicly funded work.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a seasoned Family Law Solicitor with Child Panel Accreditation and a solid following or existing caseload. You’ll be joining a supportive and growing team that delivers high-quality legal advice and representation in complex and sensitive family matters, particularly those involving children.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a caseload of public law children matters and other complex family cases.
- Providing expert legal representation and guidance to vulnerable clients under legal aid.
- Collaborating within a small, specialist team with national reach.
- Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the department.
- Engaging with clients compassionately and professionally.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining your professional network.

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will:
- Be a Child Panel Accredited Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
- Have an established following, active caseload, or strong referral network.
- Be respected within the family law field for your integrity and commitment.
- Possess excellent client care skills and a collaborative team approach.
- Be motivated by making a difference, not just financial reward.
- Be ready to make an impact within a growing, specialist legal aid team.
