We are offering a basic salary up to £45,800 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 41‑hour working week and an additional over‑performance bonus opportunity.
We also offer a £1,000 sign‑on bonus plus a further £1,000 on month 13 of employment, and no weekend working.
Your role as a Master Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. You will carry out diagnosis and undertake servicing and repair work on customer vehicles. You will use your technical knowledge and skills to work efficiently, liaise with service advisors, customers and senior management, and maintain a professional approach at all times. You will assist in the mentoring and development of apprentice technicians. Quality workmanship and achieving first‑time fixes are core values.
The role requires the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT licence preferred but not essential
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving licence
