Founder-Operator CEO, Maritime Training Platform

Union Maritime Ltd. is searching for a CEO/MD for SeaLearn, a new maritime training group. This person will lead the strategy, P&L, and operational management of the training business. They will build partnerships with shipowners and lead the development of a high-quality maritime curriculum.

The ideal candidate possesses substantial maritime training experience, a proven track record in commercial leadership, and the capability to operate in emerging markets like West Africa.
