Salary: GBP17.5 – GBP21 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) join our clients growing team. This role involves delivering goods to multiple locations each day, ensuring timely, safe, and professional service to our customers.

• 7 DAY A WEEK OPERATION – must be flexible with shift pattern
• Newly Qualified drivers welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out deliveries to RDCs, Depots and local businesses
• Load and unload goods as required
• Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules
• Complete all delivery paperwork and electronic logs accurately
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point
• Comply with all driving laws, EU driver hours, and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) – New passes welcome
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous delivery experience preferred but not essential
• Good knowledge of local and regional road networks
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting, cage work
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
