Response Personnel Ltd is seeking a Pattern Finisher in Brackley for an exciting permanent role. You’ll support the Melt Out Team Leader in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that patterns, moulds, and castings are finished to the highest standards for high-performance motorsport manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines while using a variety of tools. This role demands a high level of accuracy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
