Children and Youth Mission Enabler
Are you passionate about seeing children and young people encounter faith and grow as disciples?
This is a full‑time (35 Hours/week) joint role.
- 25 hours as Youth & Children Leader at Wyberton St Leodegar’s.
- 10 hours as CYF Mission Enabler supporting the Boston Deanery Partnership.
- Possibility of opting for a role based solely at Wyberton for 35 hours or less.
The Role Involves
- Inspiring spiritual growth and discipleship among young people.
- Leading, developing, and equipping a strong volunteer team.
- Providing encouragement and training for local churches in their CYF work.
Essentials
- Committed Christian (Genuine Occupational Requirement).
- Relevant experience/training.
- A‑Level or equivalent qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle access.
