What You’ll Do

• Contact customers who have made real‑time enquiries through our website or partner sites.
• Speak with small business owners to understand their needs and confirm details.
• Assess the best fit and connect them with the appropriate sales expert.
• Record call details and key information using our CRM system.
• Deliver a professional and helpful experience from start to finish.
