Your Role as a Classroom Lead

• Facilitate learning: deliver pre‑set lesson plans across various subjects (KS3 and KS4), ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
• Manage the environment: utilise your natural leadership skills to maintain a calm, productive, and safe classroom atmosphere.
• Liaise with faculty: provide concise feedback to departments regarding student progress and behaviour during the session.
• Professional presence: act as a role model, upholding the schools values and safeguarding standards at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• Command respect: presence and confidence to lead a group of 30 young people.
