Test Technician

We are seeking a Testing Technician for our Havant, Hampshire site, working onsite with Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing of product to predefined test procedures (ATP’s).
• Programming of PCB assemblies with software and verifying it for use.
• Performing / Setting up electrical soak testing on all products that have a requirement to do so.
• Verification of brought in programmed PCB assemblies to ensure the pre‑loaded software is at the correct revision.
• Verifying test equipment and set‑ups prior to release to production.
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to the Testing Supervisor or the Production Manager in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment (essential).
• Experience in a production testing environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Attention to detail and precision in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written and numerical.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong PC skills.
