About the Role
Bolton’s Adult Safeguarding Team is renowned for being a welcoming and supportive service, powered by regular supervision and robust leadership. This team is committed to safeguarding within Adult Social Care, ensuring manageable caseloads and minimal waiting lists. The ideal candidate will possess significant management experience within Adult Social Care and strong Adults Safeguarding acumen. The ability to work on-site in Bolton for three days per week is essential.
What you will do
- Lead the Adults Safeguarding Team in developing and implementing safeguarding policies and practices.
- Oversee complex case management and ensure the team delivers exceptional and consistent service quality.
