Pay, Benefits and More
As a driver, you’ll be working on our day network routes, delivering to customer sites. You’ll work a minimum of 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on Monday‑Friday on a day shift pattern. Base rate £15.54 per hour with uplifts for later start times and overtime. Allowances with overtime available after 40 hours per week at an enhanced rate. 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days with 4 years service. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- These positions are permanent
- Multi‑drop deliveries
- Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards
- Start time – between 05:00 and 08:00 hrs (Monday – Friday Morning)
- Safe use of tail lift and pallet trucks for sites where no FLT is available
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement)
- ADR qualifications advantageous; if no ADR licence, training provided
- No more than six penalty points on licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements
- Valid CPC and digital Tacho card
- Excellent knowledge of UK road network
