Teaching Assistant Level 2 and 3

Brookvale Primary School is seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants at Level 2 or Level 3 to join our friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support our pupils’ learning and make a real difference in their school experience.

Grade 2: £24,796 – £26,824 FTE (actual salary £19,069 – £20,629 per annum).Grade 3: £27,254 – £33,699 FTE (actual salary £20,960 – £25,916 per annum).

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Assist pupils with learning, ensuring they reach their full potential
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support with preparation of resources and classroom management
• Contribute to pupil wellbeing and pastoral support
• Provide lunchtime supervision

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential
• Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Be committed to supporting the learning and development of all pupilsHave a relevant Level 3 qualification if applicable
