Salary & Hours

£28,000 base plus achievable On Target Commission c£28,000 per annum and monthly travel allowances. Hours: Monday to Friday 10.30am–7pm

About the Role

As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will drive sales and raise awareness of Hyperoptic’s full‑fibre broadband in serviced buildings. You will conduct face‑to‑face selling, build rapport with residents, represent the brand at events, educate customers about our products, and collect feedback.

What You Will Do

• Knock on 100 doors per day and convert 40 sales per month (KPIs)
• Meet or exceed sales targets and increase conversion rate
• Ensure a daily schedule of visits is completed
• Maximise the potential of each customer interaction
• Act as brand ambassador and demonstrate company values
• Present the benefits of our service clearly and understandably
• Promote Hyperoptic product and service advantages
• Collect customer feedback on brand, pricing, competitors and promotions

Requirements

• Car driver with own vehicle
• Good academic record
• Experience in a sales role
• Experience explaining a service or product to customers and tailoring the approach to their needs
• Experience with complaint/feedback handling
• Highly motivated, energetic sales person who loves selling and is up for a challenge
• Ambitious and comfortable with targets
