Job Overview

We are looking for female home care assistants to provide person‑centred care in Huddersfield and Halifax. Applicants must be eligible for a Skilled Worker visa or be UK university graduates.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal hygiene and care
• Assist with medication management
• Prepare meals and support nutrition
• Engage in social activities and companionship
• Provide light housework assistance
• Encourage self‑sufficiency and health improvement
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Female applicant only
• Current degree‑level qualification from a UK university (or finishing one)
• Eligibility for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
• Minimum three‑month probationary period and at least 20 hours per week
• Reliable, kind, and trustworthy with a passion for caregiving
• Own a car and hold a valid driver’s licence
