Responsibilities
As a Home Instead Care Assistant, you will be matched with a small group of regular clients in your local area, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide high‑quality care.
- Providing companionship and conversation.
- Helping clients with morning and evening routines.
- Supporting with personal care such as dressing or showering.
- Prompting medication.
- Preparing simple meals.
- Light household tasks.
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping or social activities.

Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
- A caring, patient and reliable nature.
- A willingness to support clients in Warminster and surrounding areas.
- Experience in care is helpful but not essential; full training is provided.
Additional Information
Home visits typically average around 80 minutes, allowing Care Assistants to focus on companionship, dignity and independence. We also have weekday availability for anyone looking for overtime or to increase their hours.
