Pupils are encouraged to aim for top universities and competitive pathways, with the school maintaining high expectations around behaviour, attendance and academic outcomes throughout all key stages.

The successful Russell Group Academic Mentor will work closely with classroom teachers and intervention leads to support pupils across KS3–KS5. The mentor will provide targeted academic support, deliver small‑group interventions and help pupils develop confidence in core subject areas. This role would particularly suit graduates considering teacher training in the future.

Weekly Pay | £480–£510 per week
