What You’ll Be Doing
- Patrol public streets and car parks, keeping communities safe and accessible.
- Advise the public on parking rules and safe parking.
- Issue Penalty Charge Notices for incorrectly parked vehicles.
- Respond to public enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Report abandoned vehicles and equipment issues.Support enforcement colleagues when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to work shifts and handle challenging situations calmly.
No previous experience is required – training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.
