What You’ll Be Doing

• Patrol public streets and car parks, keeping communities safe and accessible.
• Advise the public on parking rules and safe parking.
• Issue Penalty Charge Notices for incorrectly parked vehicles.
• Respond to public enquiries professionally and courteously.
• Report abandoned vehicles and equipment issues.Support enforcement colleagues when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
• Ability to work shifts and handle challenging situations calmly.

No previous experience is required – training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.
