Bar Supervisor

This role involves playing a key part in the day-to-day operations of a busy, traditional pub. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks to high standards.
• Implementing effective stock control measures, including ordering and rotation.
• Accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Managing cellar operations, including line cleaning and stock rotation.
• Assisting with the coordination and reception of deliveries.
• Ensuring the bar area is consistently maintained to exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
