We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to support our Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of our front-of-house team across the Rampsbeck Restaurant, The Living Space, and The Glasshouse.
You’ll be a confident, guest-focused leader who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent service.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every guest
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of all three dining outlets
- Deputising for the Restaurant Manager when required
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to optimise service delivery
- Supporting training, development, and performance of the front-of-house team
- Handling guest feedback, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Helping maintain a safe, compliant environment in line with health & safety standards

- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
- Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach
- Excellent attention to detail and service standards
- Solid food & beverage knowledge
- Calm, composed approach under pressure
