  • Protect the human rights of residents and carers, formulate protection plans, carry out safeguarding enquiries and participate in outcome meetings in line with the Council’s and Pan London Safeguarding Policy.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including care providers, housing, financial services, health, volunteer sector and religious institutions; demonstrate due regard for equality and diversity among residents, partners and colleagues.
  • Report to the Deputy Team Manager and receive support from the Team Manager.
  • Operate within a hybrid model of working between Hounslow House, other suitable council premises and remote working; digital hardware and onsite ICT support will be provided.

  • Have experience delivering positive outcomes for residents and demonstrate examples where you have upheld human rights.
  • Have some knowledge of legislation such as the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work to tight timescales in a fast‑paced environment and manage work flexibly.
