Job Description:
MCS Group is seeking a Healthcare Science Assistant (POCT) for the Acute Directorate at Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry/Londonderry. This Band 3 position involves assisting in the maintenance and quality control of Point of Care Testing equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, stock management, and training clinical staff.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of lab or clinical experience, possess 5 GCSEs, and demonstrate strong communication and team-working skills. A driving license is required for site mobility.
