Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our retail catering team covering Russells Hall Hospital, Corbett and Guest Hospitals.
The main tasks and responsibilities of this role will be to liaise with the kitchen, open/close of business, stock controls, front of house ordering, and effectively be the face of our catering brand at a customer site. The role holder will undertake any other duties that may be required for the effective operation of the site, including cash collection and banking.
Qualifications
You will need to have flexibility to work at several different outlets onsite as required and be passionate about providing an excellent service to our customers.
We expect high standards, an eye for detail, hard work, energy, confidence, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
Food Hygiene and basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential, as full development and training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have previous catering experience in a similar environment, supervisory experience, and an appropriate level of numeracy, literacy and communication skill to perform the role duties. You should be able to work well in a team or independently, and be flexible to take on different tasks as and when required.
