What You’ll Do

  • Run and manage your designated kitchen section efficiently during service.
  • Support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen organisation are maintained.
  • Assist with stock rotation, mise en place and daily kitchen operations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, including Commis Chefs.

Who You Are

  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef within a premium or luxury restaurant environment.
  • Passionate about food, quality and hospitality.
  • Organised, reliable and able to perform well under pressure.
  • A positive team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail.
