Job Description:
Broughton Group is looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to enhance the quality of life for people with learning disabilities and autism in London and the South. This position is home-based with travel and involves implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in behavioural support and holds a relevant PBS qualification. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in working independently, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of £35,975 – £37,874 per annum. The closing date for applications is 5 June 2026.
