Training details
You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 20 % of your time dedicated to off‑the‑job learning. Training includes supported study time to complete tasks set by your assessor, with guidance from both your training provider and our experienced nursery team.

Requirements
- No previous childcare experience required.
- Transferable skills from other roles and life experience valued.
- Supportive, reliable, and ready to start a rewarding career.
- Completion of pre‑employment checks: two satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check.
Role expectations
- Support children with daily routines such as meals, playtime, naps, and personal care.
- Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety guidance.
- Express an interest in child development and learning.
- Show passion for the Early Years sector.
