Studio Instructor – Part Time – Phoenix Leisure Centre
Overview
We are looking for a Dance Fit Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attending are getting the best from the class, in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. We are a not-for-profit leisure trust with a strong purpose to support our local communities and encourage people to become more active.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach group exercise classes in a Dance Fit / Exercise to Music format.
- Ensure a welcoming, enjoyable, and safe environment for participants.
- Work with the fitness team to deliver a successful class programme.
- Be a real people person, a team player, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Nationally recognised group exercise qualification in Exercise to Music or equivalent.
- Experience leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes.
- Experience working in a leisure-related environment with customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Hours: 0.75 hours per week – Monday to Sunday.
- Location: Phoenix Leisure Centre
- Salary: up to £23.52 per hour (dependent on qualification).
