Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the smooth operation of the breakfast service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Supervise and motivate a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
Ensure all food and beverage areas are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or catering environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
