Were looking for a reliable and committed Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Newstone House in Sturminster Newton, Dorset. You will lead a team of housekeeping professionals, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and delivering a first-class service that supports the health and wellbeing of our residents.
You will manage staff rotas, stock checks and ordering, and engage with residents, relatives, and guests with excellent customer service skills.
About You
You are a team player and motivator, passionate about maintaining an exceptional living environment. You have excellent communication skills, are friendly, honest, and reassuring, and have previous experience at a similar level or are eager to advance your career.
