Shaw healthcare is looking for a Domestic Assistant to join the team in Prestemede. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those we provide care for. Main Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care
- Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families and colleagues; good interpersonal and working relationship skills are essential
- Work without direct supervision
- Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products
- Work on your own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home
