Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Relief Chef to support a busy corporate hotel in Northampton. This is an ongoing temporary assignment with potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen on a temporary basis, ensuring smooth running.
• Carry out various kitchen or cooking duties; may be assigned to work on one section.
• Cover roles from Relief Chef de Partie through to Head Chef as required.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow all health and safety rules.
• Remain calm under pressure and conduct yourself professionally at all times.

• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK required.
