FLT Counterbalance Driver (Corby)

ECHO Personnel is hiring an FLT Counterbalance Driver for one of our clients based in Corby. Our client is a well-established leader in the plastic recycling and packaging manufacturing industry. As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials across the site, supporting production operations and maintaining high standards of workplace safety.

Shift: PANAMA Shift – 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am, 3 on 2 off. Full rota provided in advance.

Pay: £14.12 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods from vehicles and storage areas
• Move raw materials and finished products across the site
• Ensure all loads are secure and handled in line with safety procedures
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to support operations

Requirements

• Valid and up-to-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
