Join Our Team as a Resort Driver at The Celtic Manor Resort! Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for a professional, guest‑focused Driver to join our Transport and Concierge team at our world‑class resort.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid D1 Driving Licence (PCV Licence desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a guest‑focused role (hospitality experience is a plus).
- A proactive, professional attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a 5‑star transport service for guests across our stunning resort.
- Ensure our fleet of vehicles is immaculately maintained and presented.
- Offer a warm Welsh welcome and assist guests with luggage, golf clubs, and more.
- Support our Sense of Arrival team to create that all-important first impression.
- Drive guests to various resort locations and off‑site venues.
