What hours will you be working?
Up to 40‑48 hours across 5 days a week.
Your Development:
Learning & development programme with funded hospitality qualifications, career planning, support and progression opportunities.
What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?
- Deliver excellent food standards consistently, produce seasonal menus and daily specials.
- Act as a key member of the brigade, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec.
- Have experience in all stations, producing starters, mains and desserts.
- Support Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5‑star rating.
- Previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment; commis looking to progress is considered.
Your Pub
History being particularly famous for its resident skull, reported to belong to the Early of Derby’s executioner. The Pack Horse has an excellent reputation for quality food drink and customer service. It holds a 70‑seater indoor restaurant, a relaxed dining and drinking area within the rest of the pub, and further outdoor seating to enjoy the amazing views of the area.
