What you do as a Guest Server:

• You will be responsible for delivering a seamless front of house guest experience – welcome of guests, introduction of order at table (OAT), running food and beverage to tables, maintaining an efficient standard of service
• You will ensure that the guest journey is consistently seamless, always maintaining impeccable and efficient standards
• Your will support the Management team in ensuring that the guest experience is of the highest standard whilst also ensuring that the pass is clean and tidy and to run food and drinks to the guests in a timely manner following their order being placed

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests at the host area and welcoming to Plane Food
• Accompany guests to their table, whilst walking to table introduce them to OAT
• Maintain full knowledge of the menu
• Always keep focus on the pass and bar to ensure orders are served to tables as soon as available
• Ensure that the work areas are clean at all times and that the cleaning schedule is adhered to
