About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London The Westminster as an Assistant Food & Beverage Attendant. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient operations of our restaurant and bar areas. As an Assistant F&B Attendant, your role will primarily involve cleaning, clearing tables, and performing back‑office tasks to ensure a clean and organized environment for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitise tables, chairs, floors and other dining furniture to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Clear tables promptly after guests have finished dining, ensuring efficient turnover for incoming guests.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices, adhering to health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests, assisting with seating, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Support the buffet setup by arranging tables, chairs, and buffet stations as instructed.
- Refill food and beverage items as needed, ensuring presentation and freshness.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally, candidate with at least 1 year of experience in hospitality industry.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a warm, professional manner.
- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: £12.81
- Service charge
