How youll make a difference as a SEND Early Years Educator:
By assisting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
Through working closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each childs needs.
By promoting an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
What a SEND Early Years Educator needs:
Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
Excellent understanding of EYFS.
Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.
