We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the Claridge’s Claridge’s Restaurant culinary team.

Responsibilities

  • The preparation and service of food within Claridge’s Restaurant.
  • Lead and support a team of Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties on your section.
  • Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept well maintained.
  • Appropriate mise-en-place, stock rotation and portion control.
  • Preparing food requisitions where required.
  • Maintain and effective and collaborative relationship with Front of House colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
  • Have a passion for guest service and quality standards
  • Have experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Hotel experience would be beneficial however not essential
  • You will have a passion for food and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
