SEN, LSA – Learning Support Assistant Special Needs PMLD
Salary: £95 – £115 per dayJob Type: Long Term
An exciting opportunity is available to support students with PMLD as a SEN TA, LSA, or Learning Mentor in a dedicated SEN school. Your role will involve working closely with pupils to meet their complex learning, sensory and physical needs, helping them access education in a safe and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Be enthusiastic, passionate and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- Have familiarity with conditions such as autism, ADHD and physical disabilities.
- Have experience in collaborating with parents, carers and support staff.
- Establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
Qualifications / Experience
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Must have proven classroom experience or training.
