Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to guests with personalized service.
• Set up and clear tables, present the menu, take orders and serve guests.
• Listen to guests’ needs, build rapport, and make menu recommendations.
• Raise bills, take payment, and handle settling of accounts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a smart, professional appearance.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a team.
• Approachable, positive, proactive manner.
• Experience in a 5‑star hotel role is a real advantage.
