Key Responsibilities
- Serve up a delightful mix of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, following hotel policy and liquor licensing laws. Suggest exciting options.
- Weave excellent customer service consistently, making every interaction enjoyable for guests.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and guest accounts with finesse, following company procedures.
- Keep the bar and service areas clean and ready to impress.
- Prepare for your shift using the department’s checklist, ensuring readiness to create delightful experiences.
- Rotate and display bar stocks like a pro, ensuring all products are served in top‑notch condition.
- Strictly observe Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations because safety is a top priority.
- Take on additional duties to support the Food & Beverage department, such as helping with table service, food, or training team members.
Desired Skills and Education
- Previous hospitality or retail experience focused on making customer experiences memorable.
- Customer service experience where you excelled in creating enjoyable moments.
- Good understanding of written and spoken English – clear communication is key.
