Senior Care Assistant
£15.22 per hour
Hours: 8am – 8pm on a rolling rota of 3 shift on 3 shifts off
Full‑time, permanent position

About the role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll ensure high quality care for our residents as if they were your own family. Day to day you’ll provide coaching and support to a team of Care Assistants, be responsible for the creation and delivery of person‑centred support plans and administer medication.
You will manage Others and assist in staff supervision.
About you
We are looking for someone with previous experience of working in a care role and an NVQ Level 2 in Care who enjoys sharing your knowledge and motivating others. If you would like a part‑time contract, let us know the hours you want to work and we will do our best to accommodate.
