Counterbalance Forklift Driver Required Days/Backs

The role will involve loading/unloading within the warehouse area.

Suitable candidates must have previous counterbalance experience and a valid licence. Only UK licences will be accepted and must not be in‑house.

Working Pattern

Rotational Day/Backshift (must follow this pattern & work full‑time hours).

Dayshift

• Monday to Friday: 06:30–14:00

Backshift

• Monday to Thursday: 14:00–23:30

Hourly Rate of Pay

• Dayshift – £13.50 increasing to £14.20 after 12 weeks of service.
• Backshift – £14.00 increasing to £16.33 after 12 weeks of service.
