We’re looking for caring, adaptable SEND Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming schools across Bristol. Whether you’re after full‑time hours, part‑time work, or a few days a week around other commitments, we’ll help you find something that works for you.

You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties. Some days you’ll be helping a child settle into class, other days you’ll be celebrating the little wins that make this job so special.
Responsibilities
- 1:1 support and small group work.
- Help pupils regulate emotions and routines.
- Support learning through creativity and patience.
- Work closely with class teachers and SEND teams.
Qualifications & requirements
- Calm, positive attitude.
- Great communication and empathy.
- Experience with children or vulnerable adults is a bonus, not essential.
- Reliable, flexible, and ready to get stuck in.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
