Front of House Leader – Part time 16 hours per week

Location: Unit 1, Kimberley Way, Ashford TN24 0SD GBR

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the in‑shop team, coaching and mentoring them to achieve high performance.
  • Maintain Pret standards and spirits, ensuring customers are happy and the shop operates smoothly.
  • Oversee busy shop operations, working coffee machine and managing figures and spreadsheets.
  • Drive team performance, protect profit, and maintain high standards with great energy.

  • Hourly rate of £15.35 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus).
  • After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3‑5 am.
